Features an aluminum speed handle.Used to control water flow through one of the two or both 2 1/2 inch discharge ports on a fire hydrant. Also used with standpipes systems and fire pumps.Note: Operating a gate valve in a partially open position can cause excessive gate wear and damage seals. Intended use is to fully open or close water flow, not intended for flow throttling.WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Do not use in connection with drinking water. Wash hands after handling.
